Due to the unique nature of our program at Kentwood Preparatory School, we require specific documentation in order for school administrators to ensure our holistic approach will be the right fit for your child. Upon scheduling your appointment to come tour the school, please review the list below to ensure the appropriate documentation is readily available.

Elementary & Middle School Program

• Report cards from the last twelve months
• Copy of last standardized testing results
• Copy of student's IEP (if applicable)
• Latest psychological testing (if available)
• McKay Scholarship eligibility information (if applicable)

High School Program

• Unofficial student transcript
• Final semester report cards may be used for 9th through 12th graders
• Final 8th grade report card may be used for incoming freshman
• Copy of last standardized testing results
• Copy of student's IEP (if applicable)
• Latest psychological testing (if available)
• McKay Scholarship eligibility information (if applicable)

Tutoring, Summer Camp, & Summer School

• Report cards from last six months
• Copy of student's IEP (if applicable)
