In our wrestling enrichment, students will learn the correct techniques and styles of wrestling in a supervised and safe environment. Wrestling styles that will be taught are: Collegiate, Freestyle Olympic Style Wrestling. Please make sure the students wear athletic clothes, athletic shoes, and bring a water bottle with them.
