Received his bachelor’s degree in behavior
science with a focus on Biological Basis of Behavior and Neuro-psychopharmacology.
Began working with Crossroads School in 1991 where he worked for the
residential program. In 1997 he was promoted to Director of the
residential program for both Crossroads School and Crossroads Summer
Camp. Fein was responsible for the social skills training, and life
skills training of 16 children and adolescents enrolled in the residence
as well as 60 overnight campers during the summer. In 1997 when
Crossroads was sold, Fein went back to school to become certified as a
Novell Networking Engineer and Microsoft Networking Engineer. He founded
an IT company which he directed until 2002, when he was approached to
help start Kentwood Broward. Subsequently Fein received his Masters
degree in Education. He is currently the Director of Kentwood Broward
and responsible for the overall implementation of the life skills and
social skills program. His vast experience with children and adolescents
as well as a strong Information Technology background has helped
Kentwood integrate fundamental educational philosophies with
technological advances. |
