Sports and Activities at
Camp Addington

Remember, Overnight Camp provides all the activities of the Day Camp at no additional cost PLUS:

Late Afternoon Activities

Social clubs will be activated in the late afternoons. The purpose of these clubs is to provide a structure for the campers to learn how to make friends and be a friend.

In addition, special off campus activities will be available at an additional charge.

Evening Activities

Evening activities include visits to malls, restaurants, entertainment centers, campfires, beach barbecues, movies, billiards, etc. On campus activities involve Talent Show Night, Casino Night, 50's night, Nature Night, and Science Night. While the central theme of evening activities may be fun, campers are individually graded and charted, according to their targeted participation.

Weekend Activities

Weekend activities include boating trips, beach trips, snorkelng, trips to parks, and tours to surrounding areas. One to two weekends are designated as overnight trips such as Disney world, Epcot Center, Universal Studios, MGM Studios, and Busch Gardens. Campers will learn the importance of planning, packing and preparing for such trips, as well as the importance of following rules of hotels, restaurants etc.
